Shipping Times
We offer standard shipping only.
Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping
Expedited and overnight shipping are not available at this time.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. The shipping method may be shown on your order details page.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item availability, product location, or fulfillment requirements.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Mall is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mall.style. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Mall is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mall.style.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and provide next steps.
