Refund policy

At Mall, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

U.S. Orders Only

At this time, returns are only available for orders shipped to customers within the United States.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible clothing items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags attached
  • Returned in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact

We do not offer exchanges of any kind.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The first day of the return window begins on the date tracking shows the order was delivered.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates and lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Openpack wholesale orders
  • Any item marked final sale

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error, incorrect item, or damaged item.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the request and provide next steps if the item qualifies.

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet our return requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions listed in this policy.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
